For in stock on-line shop purchases: Once payment has been received (via PayPal, Credit/Debit card, cheque) delivery will be one to two working days for UK mainland customers: three to five working days for Europe: five to seven working days for all other International destinations (should you be paying via cheque, please allow time for payment to clear, usually up to seven working days). Your costume will bear the Cloisters Inspirations label and arrive with complete instructions as to how to launder it.

Made~to~Order items: you will be contacted with the estimated delivery date.

In addition, we also offer an after-care service of repairing your costume should it receive damage whilst being worn, dependent upon the extent of the damage. 

Our 'buy with confidence' policy means that you can return an item purchased from the online shop only within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding postage & packaging and return postage, the latter to be paid by the customer), once the item is received back in its original unworn condition with packaging and tags still in place.  Please contact us for details about returning an item.

Bespoke; Tailor Made; Made~to~order items cannot be refunded, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please take time to consider this before ordering an item.
